GATE DRIVES

The D5400 sliding gate incorporates the Roger TW90 drive, a high-performance brushless motor system designed for intensive use. This integration provides precise motion control, enhanced efficiency, and reduced wear, ensuring dependable operation in high-cycle environments.

The D5400 incorporates an integrated access door within the tower assembly, providing access to an internal mounting backplate equipped with an auxiliary power supply. This compartment is designed to accommodate the installation of additional accessories, such as radio control interface boards and related control hardware.

CONTROL PANEL

GATE SAFETY SYSTEMS

The D5400 safety system comprises six Category 3 safety edges, dual-height photocells mounted on both sides of the gate, a top-mounted ASO Indus kit concealed within the top roller channel, and force detection integrated into the Roger TW90 drive.

GATE DESIGN

A wide range of gate infills are available, from our standard vertical tube, to weldmesh, palisade and timber cladding. We can even provide sheet steel with your logo cut out by water jet as shown.Also, if you specify vertical bar or sheet infill in a standard RAL reference, we don’t charge for non standard colours!

GATE INFILL OPTIONS

A wide range of gate infill options is available to meet security and design requirements. Standard choices include vertical steel tubes, welded mesh, and palisade systems, with additional options such as composite boards and timber cladding.

Custom sheet steel panels can also be laser-cut with logos or branding, combining strong security with a distinctive visual identity.
