D5000 Tracked Sliding Gate designed for sites where space is restricted, the D5000 tracked sliding gate removes the need for a cantilever backrun—delivering a more compact solution without compromising strength or performance.

By eliminating the triangulated cantilever section, the D5000 reduces overall gate length by approximately 25–30%, making it ideal for installations where footprint is limited but durability is still critical.

Built to the same engineering standards as our cantilever range, the D5000 offers full safety compliance as standard, alongside a wide choice of infill options and colour finishes to suit any commercial or industrial environment.

Plug and Play! All UMD gates feature a Feig control system with inverter, all pre wired and factory tested ready for connection to your mains power supply

Reliable and almost silent in operation. D5000 gates are powered via an inverter driven motor and gearbox, providing 3 phase controllability with single phase economy.

SAFETY SYSTEMS

Safety first. All our powered gates are equipped with class leading safety systems as standard. For the D5000, this includes 6 x Cat. 3 safety edges, twin photocells at different heights, a cabinet mounted Emergency Stop button and a flashing beacon/ sounder. Working with our unique control software this provides the quickest response to a safety event in the industry.

LED BACKLIT LOGO PANELS

Optional LED backlit logo panels are available, manufactured to customer-specific designs. The system uses energy-efficient LED illumination to provide consistent, high-visibility branding integrated directly into the gate structure.

GATE DESIGN

UMD gates can be tailored to suit the site, application and required finish. From standard industrial designs to bespoke architectural details, each gate is manufactured to combine strength, reliability and visual impact.

Custom sheet steel panels can also be profiled with logos, branding or decorative cut-outs for a more distinctive finish.

GATE INFILL OPTIONS

A wide range of infill options is available to suit security, visibility and design requirements. Standard choices include vertical bar, welded mesh and palisade infills.

For a more enclosed or decorative finish, options can include sheet steel, composite boards or timber cladding, allowing the gate to better match the wider site design.
