D650 SLIDING GATE DRIVES

The D650 is a self-contained drive system suitable for the automation of tracked and cantilevered sliding gates.

Supplied in a steel enclosure, the unit is powered by a 3 phase motor, driven by a 240V single phase supply via an inverter for smooth reliable operation.

A plc control system is supplied which enables full programming of movement and safety parameters and allows connection to any access control system.

DRIVE

Reliable and exceptionally quiet, D650 drives use an inverter-driven motor and gearbox to combine smooth three-phase control with the cost efficiency of a single-phase supply. The result is ultra-smooth gate operation for gates weighing up to 3,500 kg.

The D650 is equipped with a Feig control system and integrated inverter, supplied fully pre-wired and factory-tested for fast, hassle-free installation. Its wide range of adjustable parameters enables easy customisation for any site, making it an ideal solution for retrofitting onto third-party gates.

Safety Options

A range of optional safety features is available for the D650, including vertical safety edges, a flashing beacon with integrated sounder, and photocells – giving installers the flexibility to configure the system to meet individual site and safety requirements.

Adjustable Drive

Built to suit a wide range of third-party gates, the D650 features a fully adjustable motor with both vertical and horizontal movement, allowing precise drive rack alignment. For non-standard applications, bespoke solutions are available for unusual cog heights, ensuring maximum flexibility across any installation.

DESIGN

The D650 has been designed with the installer in mind. In addition to two lockable doors, the entire front panel of the cabinet can be removed if necessary, allowing easy access for on-site installation and maintenance.

Custom Sizes

With the use of our advanced 3D CAD system, we offer fully bespoke sizing to suit third-party gate heights, with the option to incorporate top rollers where required for added stability and performance.

Finish

The D650 cabinets are primed and finished with a C4-rated polyester powder coating as standard. For harsher environments, optional galvanised and plasticoated finishes provide enhanced durability. A selection of standard RAL colours is also available at no additional cost.
